All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services which the sale or use of such product and/or service in your state or jurisdiction is restricted or prohibited.

Delivery Policy

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you on this Site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to a shipment contract.When We ship to you or per your directions to another person, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on this Site when your order is placed.We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs.

Payments

Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to us may be used. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by ipay88. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize us to charge your order (including shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the Sites) to that card or other method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Cancellation policy

Refund and Cancellation Policies

We are unable to offer a refund due to any changes and fault by customer, prior 48 hours based on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be in preparation or transit.

As flowers are highly perishable items. there will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of flowers are wilted or dead). We cannot be held responsible and to provide refund or replacement on flowers or gifts affected by circumstances beyond our control.

In the case of unique situations faced by our customers, requests for refunds can be escalated through our customer service +6014-3747745 (Seremban) | +6014-3434237 (KL) | +6014-3234303 (Helpline), and we will do our best to assist with the arising issue. Please note that the estimated processing time requires 7 working days.

 If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly be informed that the bank processing time may take up to 7 working days to process the refund.
